One of ChildFund Alliance's primary roles is to establish global standards that ensure members are accountable to the highest level of quality and integrity in program finance, fundraising and governance. Members participate in an ongoing accreditation process, benchmarking themselves against industry best practices.

ChildFund Alliance is dedicated to efficient methods of translating private contributions for child sponsorship or public funding from grants into long-lasting changes in the lives of children and families as well as for its signature programs in child survival, protection and development.

ChildFund Alliance and its members strive to stand as recognized models of effectiveness and integrity in their work. Members are committed to being a voice for and with children and their communities, and have agreed to protocols for assigning programming and fundraising territories in various parts of the world to ensure the combined efforts of ChildFund Alliance are distributed globally.
